Erin Bolowsky, PT, DPT

Erin just recently joined the Summit team in 2021 to run our new Cicero Location. She completed both her undergraduate degree and graduate degree at Utica College and has been practicing in the Cicero area since 2016. 

Erin is Summit’s only Certified Pelvic Health Specialist treating both Men, Women and Children. She has continued her education by attending courses with a focus in orthopedic care including hand therapy, TMJ Rehabilitation and care focused on Pregnancy and Postpartum treatment. She continues to grow her manual therapy certifications that include use of Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Cupping and use of Kinesiology taping. 


Outside of work, Erin enjoys traveling, cooking, and most importantly trying new things!


Fun Fact: Erin has competed in competitive weightlifting competitions since she was in middle school, and continues to do so. 



Joslyn MacDougall, PTA


Joslyn MacDougall joined Summit PT in June of 2022.  She graduated in 2018 from SUNY OCC as a Physical Therapist Assistant.  She also earned her Bachelor's degree in biology from SUNY Oswego in 2000. 

She has been a Physical Therapist Assistant since 2018 and she has experience working in outpatient settings focusing in orthopedics and geriatrics.  Joslyn also has had over a decade of training and is certified in Yogafit yoga,  prenatal yoga, and aquatic therapy/fitness.  

When she is not working, Joslyn loves the outdoors.  She is an avid cyclist on the road and is starting to enjoy riding on trails and snow. She considers herself an Aquabike athlete.  She has a motto of "Opt Outside!"  Joslyn also enjoys paddle boarding in nice weather.  She enjoys singing, musical theater, watching her kids perform their passions, and spending time with her husband and dog.


Fun Fact: Joslyn was a Zookeeper in Boston’s Zoo New England  (interned in Syracuse at Rosamond Gifford Zoo)

Meghan Turley (Smith), PT, DPT

Meghan joined the Summit Physical Therapy team in 2012 upon completion of her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Upstate Medical University in 2012. 

Meghan obtained her undergraduate degree in Biology from LeMoyne College in 2009.

Meghan has continued her education with courses in McKenzie Method, Mulligan Concepts, orthopedic & sports rehabilitation, post surgical rehabilitation and balance training. 

Meghan has also completed her certification in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, taping and cupping.  In addition, she has work experience with the pediatric population (including working with children with delayed motor skills, poor motor planning and developmental disabilities). 

Outside of work, Meghan enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.  She still enjoys being active and playing sports out in the Syracuse community, especially beach volleyball and soccer.


Fun Fact: Meghan grew up playing soccer and was a member of the women’s soccer team at LeMoyne College.
